Home Office Alternatives - Virtual Office continued

Posted in [Business Research] By Blog Editor

We started in the previous article with Virtual Office solutions Mailbox Plus and Telephone Answering Service that are offered by Regus.  These solutions did offer a discount on physical office space and meeting room use but did not really offer the type of solution that would be conductive to our home office relief solution.  So with further research and looking deeper into the virtual office solutions that are offered by Regus let’s see if there are any virtual office solutions that provide enough in office time.

Regus' inclusive virtual office solution is by the same name "Virtual Office".  It is the first solution that gives in-office time.  With this solution you get 2 days per month of office space in a Regus Business Center.   This Virtual Office package also includes a dedicated local business phone number, call answering, call screening, call forwarding to your requirements.  It includes messages passed by phone, text, email or online.  You get a voicemail to receive company calls afterhours and the calls are forwarded to you the next business day.  A businessworld blue card is also included giving you a discount on office space, meeting rooms and videoconferencing services.

Take the Virtual Office package and switch the businessworld blue card for a businessworld gold card, more in-office time, unlimited access to 1000+ business lounges and you have the Regus' Virtual Office Plus package.  Virtual Office Plus gives you everthing that the Virtual Office package does with 5 days per month of office space in a Regus Business Center and the businessworld gold card gives you unlimited access to business lounges at 1000 location in 450 cities across 45 countries.

Not to sound like a commercial but with all of this starting at $225 per month (at time of publishing) I find this an incredible start to a solution for the home office escape. The ability to work from home when you want, then go to a business lounge where you have everything that you do in a dedicated office and most home offices.  Then for the times where you need a private surrounding having 5 alternating days in a dedicated office could save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
